Panos Lazaretos brings a strong track record in global technology and venture development, with deep experience in retail-tech, public companies and board governance. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Brooqly, Inc. (OTC: BRQL) from 2021 until 2025. He also serves as a Director of SPAR Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRP) as of May 2025, having previously held independent board positions for the company. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
