Demetrios Mallios has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Invent Ventures, Inc. since November 1, 2017. During the last five years he has also led The Aeon Group, Inc., an affiliate of the registrant, as its Founder and Chief Executive Officer (2013-present), chaired and managed Aeon Acquisition Corp., a blank-check company that is not an affiliate of Invent Ventures (2020-present), and served as Chairman of Aeon Capital Inc., a FINRA-registered broker-dealer that withdrew its registration in March 2023 (2020-2023). He previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 licenses, all of which are currently inactive. Mr. Mallios has not been involved in any civil, criminal, administrative, or regulatory proceeding requiring disclosure under Item 401(f) of Regulation S-K within the past ten years, and he has no family relationships with any other officer or director of the registrant.
