Alan D. Lewis II has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Invent Ventures, Inc. since November 1, 2017. He also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Check-Cap Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHEK). Within the Aeon ecosystem, he has served as Global Chief Strategy Officer of The Aeon Group, Inc. since 2013, as a Director of Aeon Acquisition Corp. since 2021, and as an investment-banking registered representative of Aeon Capital Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Mr. Lewis holds the FINRA Series 79 Investment-Banking Representative license and previously passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination. Mr. Lewis is a doctoral candidate (EdD) with Pepperdine University's School of Education and Psychology, and holds both a Master's of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from American Public University.
